Fixture 1 October at Avon Team Roz Hursell Redrice, Gwen Isaacs Fitness First, Jill Hall Redrice Hampshire beat Surrey 2/1 Gwen winning 3/1 and Jill a W/O and lost to Avon 0/3 Points Avon 25, Hampshire 12, Surrey 7 Fixture 2 Dec 3rd at Winchester Team - Roz Hursell Redrice, Jo Kingswell Winchester, Gwen Isaacs Fitness First There were some great matches with Jo winning the only rubber against Sue Vine of Essex. Roz was up against strong Ex International opposition of Averil Murphy(England) and Anna Cherry(Wales) Hampshire lost to Oxford 0/3 and lost to Essex 1/2 Points Oxford 26, Essex 17, Hampshire 6. We wont be going to the National Finals this year. |
