In his capacity as Hampshire SDO for England Squash, Gary Hales organised the 2008 Hampshire Games Squash events. These were played at Aldershot Army Garrison on Saturday 21^st June 2008 and involved 6 teams in the Youth Squash Tournament (years 7/8) and 5 teams in the Mini Squash Tournament (years 5/6). A total of 50 junior players. Each tournament was organised as an individual tournament played using the MONRAD system so all players played off for final positions. The top three players in each tournament received a medal. There was also a Team Element to the tournaments. Each player earned points for their team depending upon where they finshed in the event. For example, the player finishing 1st received 25 points wheras a player finishing 25th received 1 point for their team. Only the points from the top three players in a team counted towards their final team score. The results were as follows:
