Hampshire County Development Officer - Job Vacancy

After a very productive two and a half years in the role of County Development Officer for Hampshire Squash, Dan Binns is stepping down from this post. The senior Hampshire County Closed Tournament has returned for 2021. Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st November 2021 at  Winchester Racquets and Fitness Club. Squash Coach Vacancy - The Avenue

We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic squash coach. This position would be suitable for an experienced coach at Level 2 or above who would relish the opportunity grow the coaching programme at all levels at our friendly, welcoming members club. The club sits in the heart of the local community of Havant with Chichester to the east and Portsmouth to the west and close to the coast. HSRA AGM 2020

The HSRA AGM was held on Thursday 30th July 2020. For the first time ever, due to the coronavirus, the AGM was held as a online, virtual meeting. The AGM was well attended and included a very informative discussion in which all the clubs who attended contributed with their current situation regarding their "Return to Squash". By now all of us have felt the effects that the spread of the coronavirus is having on everyday life, including sporting events, squash being no exception. To this end, England Squash have contributed with their advice to help reduce risks to the squash playing community whilst we continue to enjoy our sport. Suspension of Hampshire Squash and Racketball Leagues

Sadly HSRA have had to take the decision this evening to suspend all Hampshire squash and racketball fixtures with immediate effect. This is in line with government advice to limit all non-essential social contact to help prevent the rapid spread of coronavirus. The competition was open to all 75 schools in the New Forest Area and was hosted at Totton Squash Club.
